Marijana Milkovich is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.  She received her BScN from the University of Toronto in 1994.  Marijana has extensive experience in Paediatric Nursing having worked at Sick Children’s Hospital and has also worked in Case Management for the CCAC.  She provides operations support to Surgiservices as well as recovery room nursing.  She currently holds certification in PALS, ACLS, and CPR.

Andrew has been a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario since 2003. Andrew has a been a member of the Surgiservices team since 2009 and currently holds certificates for ACLS, PALS, BLS and HARP.

Kristina Milanovic is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She is committed to providing compassionate and quality care to all patients. Kristina received her BScN from the University of Western Ontario in 2020 and currently holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Ria has been a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario since 2014. She has extensive pediatric experience from her work at McMaster Children's Hospital. She has been working in office-based anesthesia since 2020, and continues to strive to provide safe and compassionate nursing care to all her patients. In her free time, you can find her browsing books at the library, trying new foods she saw on Instagram, or at a park with her dog.

Branka graduated in 1989 from nursing school in Croatia with a speciality in pediatric nursing.  She qualified as an RN in Canada in 2001 and since then has worked mainly with pediatric patients at Bloorview Kids Rehab, as a  case manager for CCAC, and at Mackenzie Health in pediatrics and the NICU.  She is always passionate in working with kids and families.  She has been awarded a Presidents Choice award for excellence in nursing at Mackenzie Health in 2015.  She maintains certification in BLS, PALS and ACLS and has taught First Aid and CPR through the Red Cross.  She enjoys playing and teaching tennis.

Anne da Cunha, a Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario since 1993. Working in an out of hospital dental surgery clinics since 2006. Joined Surgiservices in 2011.
Prior to this worked as a Community Visiting Nurse in Region of Peel.
Currently holds certification in ACLS PALS and CPR.

Francine Mahabir graduated from George Brown College in 1976.  She has extensive pediatric experience and post operative experience having worked at Sick Children's Hospital and The Plastic Surgery Clinic.  Also has completed a post graduate OR course at George Brown and holds PALS and BLS.

My name is Lisa Alkema, I am a Registered Nurse.
My nursing career began in Toronto at Mount Sinai Hospital, NICU, where I worked for several years before moving into Emergency room and PACU .
New endeavours took me into Oral and Maxillofacial surgical nursing, which in turn lead me to Surgiservices, where I so enjoy being part of this incredible team!

Larissa Henrich is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She obtained her BScN from McMaster University in Hamilton in 2014. She started her career at the Brantford General Hospital working as part of their centralized resource team, where she worked on several different units ranging from surgical, medical, paediatrics, medically complex, palliative, cardiology and the emergency room setting. As well as Lansdowne Children Centre in Brantford where she worked with medically complex paediatric patients in the community setting. From here she expanded her career and when back and obtained her critical care certificate and started working in the critical care and emergency room setting exclusively. She has since taken her knowledge and nursing expertise to the Norfolk General Hospital where she works in the Emergency Room as well has expanding her nursing role into the field of dentistry. She enjoys hot yoga and spending time with her family, friends and puppy. She maintains certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, CTAS, critical care and NVCI.

Ethel is a registered nurse who has extensive experience in working in the emergency room, ICU, OR and recovery room. She currently works exclusively in office-based anesthesia.

Heather has been a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario since 1984. Her nursing experience includes ER Charge Nurse, Critical Care Transfer Nurse, Wound Care Nurse ( 2011 Canadian Association Wound Care Hero), and currently Sleep Dentistry. Heather is certified in ACLS/PALS/BLS and Peri-Anesthetic nursing with Georgian College.

Kathleen Philip is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She received her BScN from the University of Toronto in 2013.

Kathleen is certified in BLS, PALS and ALCS. She received her Masters of Science from the University of Toronto in 1997. Kathleen has been certified as a Registered Dietitian since 1999 and is a member of the College of the Dietitians of Ontario. She has also worked as a certified diabetes educator.

Katherine Uysal is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in the Oral Surgery clinic setting both in the OR and Recovery room. Katherine holds BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications.

Tina Granic is a registered nurse with the college of nurses of Ontario. She obtained her BScN from McMaster University in 2007. She started her nursing career in emergency nursing at Toronto western hospital before moving to Vancouver BC where she held a position at St. Paul’s hospital in the ER as well as IV therapy. From there she went on to practice in various settings throughout Canada, in both urban and remote locations, before returning to Ontario where she obtained a position as a nurse educator. Tina is happy to be a part of the Surgiservices team and is also in the process of starting her own practice as a holistic nurse. She has a passion for not only helping people, but animals too.

I’m Chelsea, I’ve been a Registered Nurse for a couple of years, graduating from Ryerson University in 2017. As well as working in Dentistry, I have also worked in a variety of units including Rehab, Neurosurgery, Mental Health, and my current position in the Operating Room.

Laura Eddy is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She received her BScN from McMaster University in 2019. Since graduating Laura has specialized in post-operative care, beginning her nursing career on an Acute General Surgical unit at Health Sciences North. Laura is dedicated to providing empathetic and compassionate care to all her patients and is passionate about continuing education and professional growth. Laura currently holds certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS and is currently completing her Coronary Care nursing certification. In Laura's spare time she enjoys backcountry camping, canoeing and skiing.
