Dr. Sellami

Dr Sellami is a highly trained anesthesiologist known for his precision, reliability, and patient-centred approach. He completed his medical degree and Family Medicine training at the University of Ottawa, followed by advanced training in Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Sellami holds a Law degree from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated as Silver Medalist. He has worked with leading organizations, including McCarthy Tétrault and the Canadian Medical Protection Association (CMPA), giving him a strong foundation in medical liability, risk management, and patient safety.

Dr. Sellami currently practices anesthesia at Lakeridge Health Port Perry, where he is recognized for his thorough preparation, calm demeanour, and commitment to optimizing surgical outcomes. He has extensive experience managing both routine and complex cases in adult and pediatric patients.

He has also provided anesthesia care in remote and underserved communities such as Iqaluit and Kapuskasing, demonstrating adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and leadership in maintaining high standards of care in all settings.
